Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 cup shredded carrot 1/2 cup
  • Chopped cauliflour 1 cup
  • Chpped potato 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli chopped 2 tspn
  • Turmaric powder 1/2 tspn
  • Coriander chopped 2 tspn
  • Garam masala powder 1/4 tspn
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tspn
  • Oil 3/4 tspn
  • Salt as teste
  • Water as needed

Directions:

Heat 2 tspn oil in non stick pan,add all vegetable, onion, chilli, spices. Sprinkle salt, cook well and then let it cool for 5 mint.Take flour, 2 tspn oil,salt in a bowl, add warm water,mix them properly and make a soft dough. Cover it and let it rest for 10 mint. After 10mint divided dough in to 2/3 parts. Take a parts, make it ball round shape.then it stuffed with vegetable. Now make a round shape porota and fry it with little oil. Serve it in your breakfast or evening time.
