Ingredient for pan cake:

  • 1 ½ c. flour
  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp white sugar
  • 1 ¼ c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Ingredient for Stuffing:

  • Coconut..1 cup..grated,
  • Sugar..1/2 cup…
  • Almond crushed 2/3 tsp…
  • Pistachios finely chopped

Directions:

  • Step 1. Stuffing all ingredient mix together as well, then heat pan. Add coconut mixer. after 5 mint take them a side.
  • Step 2. In large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Set aside. In another bowl combine milk, egg, and melted butter. Whisk together. Add to dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Heat a pan, brush with butter. Drop mixture into hot butter by a spoon. Brown on one side, approximately 3 minutes, turn and brown on other side.
  • Step 3. Take 1 pan cake, 2 tasp staffing sift in the middle of pancake,fold down. Then sill the side gently.
