Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Egg 1 pices
  • Butter 100gm
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp

For Kher Stuffing:

  • Milk 1 littre
  • Powder milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 3/4 cup

Directions:

Flour butter, sugar, baking power mix well.then add egg, make a smooth dough. Keep it refrigerator for 30 mint for rest. Boil milk at low flames, add milk n powder milk, continuously strir it, when its become thick, its done. Let them cool down. Kher is ready. Take a dough, leaving out on the counter, flatter out your dough, cut little circle with a cutter, take a circle, 2 tsp of kher sift on the middle of circle, fold down. Sill the side gently with flock, pulis r ready for baking, preheat oven 200 degree for 10 mint, bake pulis for 15-20 mint.
